ACS International Schools is currently seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to join our Estates and Facilities Team.
This role will provide strategic and operational leadership, and effective management of all Facilities operations for ACS International School, primarily (but not exclusively) at the ACS Cobham campus. This role is responsible for leading the Facilities team, and all support partners to deliver effective Facilities operations in line with the ACS Strategic Plan, annual budgets, and Service Level Agreements.
The Senior Facilities Manager – Cobham, will be driven, and committed to delivering excellent customer focused facilities services, meeting the current and future needs of the organisation. They will plan, co-ordinate, and lead the development and management of the Campus Facilities in accordance with all organisational objectives, and the ACS Strategic Plan, as directed by the Head of Estates and Facilities.
In meeting these requirements, the post holder will ensure that they lead the development of the Facilities team, including service partners, to ensure that throughout the team, there is adequate knowledge, understanding, ability and desire to consistently deliver the Facilities objectives, and ensure that the changing needs of the campus are consistently met.
