Job description
Due to our move to Charitable status, I am really pleased to confirm some new and exciting part time positions. We are recruiting for an Admissions Associate to be based at the Egham campus.
To handle all financial assistance processing in collaboration with the Admissions Team and Financial Assistance Manager from recruitment and initial enquiries to final
offers and annual review within the nominated School.
To act as the point of contact for the financial assistance programme in the school and for prospective and current parents applying for and receiving financial assistance.
Main role responsibilities include:
Admissions
Answering of parent phone & email queries
Arranging tours with parents
Arrange face to face meetings with parents
Taking enquiries through to completed enrolment & bursary applications
Chase missing enrolment and scholarship references and missing information
To act as the go-between and central point of contact for award parents from initial enquiry to feedback at end of process.
Day to day running of the programme administration for current award holders
Liaising with other departments including finance, marketing, central education
Campaign, event and activity management
Attending open days and school fairs
Contact & promote ACS to local feeder schools
Assessment and Reviews
Arrange bursary & scholarship timetable
Arrange Online Assessment Testing
Arrange Taster/ Interview Days
Arrange Review Meetings
Reporting and record keeping
Provide ongoing statistical information on each year's programmes.
Monitor progress of existing award students for reporting.
Maintain pipeline details of parents interested in future year awards
We are looking for someone with:
Educated to A level or equivalent
Experience of sales/customer facing roles
Good organisational skills
Good people skills including establishing and building good customer relations
Good IT skills - Word, Excel and PowerPoint packages, email, social media, CMS.
This is a part time position working 4 hours a day Monday to Friday starting immediately.
