ACS International Schools have an opportunity for an experienced Secretary to join the team at our campus in Hillingdon.
Overall Purpose of the role:
To provide comprehensive and pro-active administrative and secretarial support to the Head of School and support the management of the day to day operation of the Head of School office.
To undertake general administrative tasks within the Head of School office including maintaining information systems and being the first point of contact for teachers and parent queries.
Responsible for updating and maintaining the Single Central Register for Casual/Workers. Work closely with other Sub-coordinators across other campuses ensuring that current practice aligns with the ISI regulation.
Recruitment process for all Causal/Workers ensuring ISI regulations are met e.g. sending and following up on all documentation to be completed prior to engagement at the school which includes performing DBS, references and overseas checks.
Track the Professional Development Budget for all School providing analysis for Senior Leadership on a monthly basis.
Experience required:
Prior secretarial experience essential, working in a school desirable.
Strong communication, organisation and time management skills and the ability to work under pressure with all levels of stakeholders.
Good level of numeracy and literacy as well as excellent IT skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experience of database management.
This is a fulltime position working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.
