Communications and Customer Experience Manager
Job description
As a part of the growth at ACS International Schools, the Marketing team are seeking a Communications and Customer Experience Manager.
The main purpose of this role is to provide communications expertise and support across multiple functions, supporting and contributing to the repositioning of the ACS brand. The role will also be a customer champion and
lead the creation of a best in class experience for our customers, clearly defining and manging the organisation's delivery of customer experience and setting standards across a multi-functional organisation.
Experience:
Strong project managing skills
Strong communications, written and verbal.
Strong collaboration and influencer skills and ability to work alongside multiple functions and work with different people.
Experience of corporate communications
Knowledge of a school and education sector preferred.
Consumer communications, ideally experience marketing to affluent audiences in UK and internationally
Desirable, experience of working for a charitable organisation
Personal Qualities:
Ability to develop excellent communications for the range of needs ACS has across our channels from fund-raising to updating parents on new projects and letters from the CEO. Able to lead and build strong working relationships both within and between teams . Good organisation skills. A 'can do' attitude, with an exacting eye for detail.
This is a full time, permanent position based at Cobham
