ACS International Schools are looking for 3 Partnerships Managers, one to be based at each of our campuses in Cobham, Egham and Hillingdon. The main purpose of this role is to handle all partnership processing in collaboration with the Partnerships Director and Head of School from initial contact to final partnership agreements. This role will also ensure that partner relationships are kept current and manage all communications between nominated school and external parties. They will work closely with curriculum development and management to apply partnership opportunities to learning experiences of students within the nominated school.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:Developing leads and arranging face to face meetings with potential partnersArranging tours and visits for potential and current partners at the nominated schoolTaking enquiries through to completed partnership agreementsAct as the central point of contact for faculty and partners from initial enquiry to feedback at end of process.Day to day running of the programme administration for current partnership activityLiaise with other departments including finance, marketing and central education ensuring partnership activity supports learning across key stagesTraining for partners, faculty and students for all partnership activity as well as event and activity managementWork closely with the Admissions Department to develop and implement partnership opportunities to grow student enrolment. Manage all partnership activity on site and off site alongside pathway faculty leadersPromote all activity - liaising with marketing departments at ACS and partner organisationsDevelop, deploy and update procedures for safe interaction between ACS and partner organisationsProvide regular updates to faculty on upcoming events organised in the locality by partners or potential partners Impact Assessment and ReviewsDevelop, deploy and update impact assessment and recording procedures for nominated schoolProduce a yearly impact report for HOS and Partnerships DirectorProvide ongoing statistical information on each year’s programmes.Monitor progress of existing partnerships for reporting.Maintain pipeline details of organisations interested in future collaboration
Key Experience and Skills Required:
Educated to degree levelExperience of sales/customer facing rolesExperience of education, curriculum and schoolsGood skills including establishing and building good customer relationsGood IT skills – MS Office packages as well as strong social media skills and experience of using CMS systemsExcellent organiation, planning and implementation skillsA ‘can do’ attitude, eye for detail with the ability to think on feet and resolve issuesGood influencing and communication skillsGood team player who can establish and maintain good relations with other staff
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5:00pm. The role will require flexibility and regular local travel to ensure delivery, including possible visits to the other ACS UK campuses. The role might involve some weekend/evening working/travel for which time off in lieu will be given.
