Job description
ACS International School in Cobham has an exciting opportunity within our Admissions team. This is a key role in offering tours, liaison and day-to-day dealings with families to ensure that enrolment numbers are as high as possible for the School
Overall responsibility
To support the enrolment management at the School and assist families in joining the School.
To ensure the accuracy of enrolment and the smooth entrance process of students and their families into the school, including processing of student records and files, and preparation of all statistical reports.
Support the Management of Admissions
Supervise the Admissions office on a day-to-day basis so that prospective parents and students receive welcoming, professional and efficient customer service
Meet with prospective students and families who visit the campus ensuring positive relationships are established and maintained
Re-enrolment - Support and assist all returning parents with the re-enrolment process through the year so that the re-enrolment process runs smoothly.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Degree level required (marketing, education, or related subject an advantage).
Able to develop admission and marketing information and correspondence with a fair degree
Experience:
Strong interpersonal skills
Previous Admissions experience in an international school environment an advantage.
Understanding/experience with all three IB Programmes (PYP, MYP, DP), as well as American and other international programmes an advantage
Experience working in a busy, hands-on, customer service environment.
Proven experience in use of databases, Excel and general IT applications and production of statistical information and reports.
This is a full time position starting immediately.
